Accommodation and Fees


Resident Accommodation

Accommodation consists of dormitory, single and twin-bedded rooms. A limited number of rooms have a handbasin and attract a further supplement.  Rooms will be allocated in rotation but, in the absence of a statement to the contrary, it will be assumed that any applicant for a single or twin-bedded room will, if none are available, accept dormitory accommodation. Students are asked to bring their own soap and towel. For students travelling from abroad or those who have difficulty bringing their own towel it will be possible to hire this item from the school for a modest charge. A hire request form will be sent with the confirmation of your enrolment.

Fees (inclusive of the registration fee**)

Resident students - charges include tuition (participants only), all meals, dormitory accommodation and admission to all concerts, workshops and lectures for seven nights, Sunday to Saturday inclusive

Accommodation supplements (extra per person each week)

Single and Twin bedded rooms :  £66.00

Single and Twin bedded rooms with hand basin :  £84.00

Non Resident students taking meals in the School -  charges include tuition (participants only), morning coffee, lunch and dinner and admission to all concerts, workshops and lectures, Sunday to Saturday inclusive

Non Resident students not taking meals in the School -  charges include tuition (participants only) and admission to all concerts, workshops and lectures, Sunday to Saturday inclusive













Fees may be paid in instalments (for further details, contact  the Summer School Office). However, the **registration fee (£100.00) must accompany a posted application form and the completion of fees must be made by  14th June 2019
