On Sunday evening the 6th August as an extra to this week’s musical diet, Amy Bebbington will direct an open rehearsal with orchestra of Rossini’s Petite Messe Solennelle [copies provided]. All members of the school are welcome to take part.
Throughout the week each morning before breakfast Monday to Friday, a half-hour Chi Kung class will be held. The class is open to all students and will teach the gentle Chinese art of meditation and relaxation, a perfect start for the rigours of any Sherborne day. The five sessions will cost £15.00 and a place may be reserved through the Summer School Office.
